If paying by cheque (check) a full refund, or replacement if preferred, will be made on any item returned within 7 days. Due to the high cost of bank charges, refunds of £5.00 or under will be made in postage stamps if resident in the United Kingdom. Payments made by credit card will be refunded against the card deatils supplied when you placed the order.
